Data deletion

Fluffy Facts doesn’t collect or store personal data about visitors or viewers, so there is normally nothing to delete. You can still ask us to delete anything you think we might have.

How to request deletion

1. Email [email protected] with the subject “Data deletion request”.
2. Tell us what the request is about. If it is about Instagram or Facebook, include your username so we can find it.
3. We delete the data and confirm by email within 30 days. We don’t need any other information from you.

What we might hold

• Our app for Instagram and Facebook (“FluffyFacts”). It only posts to our own Instagram account and Facebook Page and reads totals such as views and likes for our own posts. It does not store any data about other users, so it holds nothing about you.
• This website. No cookies, no accounts and no forms. The web server keeps a technical log (including IP addresses) that is deleted automatically after 14 days.
• Emails you sent us. If you emailed us, we can delete your messages on request.

Removing an app from your Facebook account

Our app is not used by other people, so it is not connected to your account. To check which apps are connected to your Facebook account, open Facebook and go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites. There you can remove any app you no longer want.
